One reason I like my Airsoft Shotgun is that it is so powerful that nobody wants to get hit by this bad boy.  This is good because it makes them think twice before coming after you when you are in the middle of an airsoft war. I know that after we were done I asked one of my buddies where he was, and he said he ran to the other side of the field because he did not want to be hit by my airsoft shootgun, and would rather take his chance with getting hit by some pistol fire.  This made me start to think that maybe having a super powerful gun is good because it makes people stay away from you, and thus you will get shot less.

Now, I have to admit even with my Airsoft Shotgun on the field I had one big problem, and that was this dude that had an airsoft sniper rifle.  He kept picking me off when I would go into the open, and I could not figure out where he was hiding.  I found this to be extremely frustrating, and then the thought hit me that I need to get an airsoft sniper rifle, so now I am in the market to find the badest sniper rifle in town.  I going to hide in the brush and blow that dude away.

Airsoft is the funniest sport, and if you have not tried it then you are missing out.

Lets take a look at the different American Companies that manufacture airsoft guns. First we’ll start with what most airsoft enthusiasts think is the top of the line for American caliber, Airsoft GI. This company is well known for its customer base. The product sells itself when you have people coming back for more. Word will get out that this product is one of the best. Echo 1, also one of the top American manufacturers operates in Los Angeles. Echo 1 swears by their quality of product and even offers a 30-day limited warranty on their products.
If you want to look on the Chinese side, companies such as Jing Gong are widely known for manufacturing mid-grade guns at a slightly lower caliber than the American made. When looking at most Chinese guns, you need to be careful. It sometimes is a hit and miss shopping trip. Sometimes a great gun comes out, and sometimes you’ll get a lemon.
Choosing a great gun depend on whether you are an avid collector or an avid player. Also, what is your price range? If you want a good springer gun, try the Crosman Stinger by Crosman. If your looking for a high-powered gas-powered gun, go with the HFC Mauser C-96 Metal Gas Airsoft gun by HFC. This gun is a little higher priced , around 100.00 USD but well worth it. For automatic electric guns, the best of the best would have to be the Magpul M4 PTS AEG rifle. It looks and works great. Although running at about 500.00 USD, if you are willing to drop the cash, it’s well worth it. And last, but not least, the sniper rifle. Going with the M14R AEG airsoft rifle is a good choice. It will cost you about 200.00 USD. But again, it’s well worth the high price. There are lots of choices to choose from. If your a collector, look for guns that have a history. If your a player, you want a gun that lasts you a long time. Make sure you put the money into it. It’s rare to find a cheap gun that’s made well these days.
